Fibers of Being Opens on Market Street
The first Vacant to Vibrant storefront to open on the city’s historic Market Street corridor, Fibers of Being is a San Francisco–based clothing store known for expressive, inclusive fashion apparel. The proudly queer-owned boutique expands its mission of creating a welcoming, identity-affirming space for all people, with its second location, now in the heart of the city’s retail corridor.
Books are Back in Union Square with The Best Bookstore
The founders of The Best Bookstore in Palm Springs - longtime tech writers and authors Paul Bradley Carr and Sarah Lacy - return to the Bay Area with a new independent bookstore designed to rekindle literary culture in one of San Francisco’s most iconic neighborhoods.
A New Side to Off the Grid
Off the Grid, known for its curated mobile food experiences, opens its first brick-and-mortar space, a multi-level experiential venue in the heart of San Francisco. Featuring morning coffee programs, art and music on weekend evenings, workshops, panels, and an event space available for rental, this is Off the Grid like you’ve never seen it before.
